What types of animals do you treat?

We provide veterinary care for dogs and cats only. Our experienced veterinary team treats pets of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior companions.

Do you offer urgent care?

Yes. Our Dyer location is well known in the El Paso community for handling urgent medical concerns and walk-in cases.

While we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we are often considered “a step below emergency” due to our ability to manage many urgent situations during business hours.

If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency outside of our hours, please contact a local 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Do you offer online forms?

Yes. For your convenience, we provide digital forms, including:

  • New patient intake form
  • Surgery consent form

Completing these forms ahead of time helps us prepare for your visit and provide efficient, personalized care.

Do you have an on-site pharmacy?

Yes. We offer a fully stocked on-site pharmacy at our clinic locations, allowing you to leave your appointment with the medications your pet needs.

If you have questions about prescriptions or refills, please contact us directly.

What should I expect during my pet’s first visit?

During your pet’s first visit, we will:

  • Review your pet’s medical history
  • Perform a comprehensive physical examination
  • Discuss any concerns you may have
  • Recommend appropriate diagnostics or treatments
  • Develop a personalized care plan

We understand that many visits are stressful — especially urgent ones — and we strive to create a welcoming, empathetic environment for both pets and their families.

Why did the clinic change names?

Stellar Veterinary Clinic represents the unification and rebranding of our two El Paso locations under one cohesive name.

While our name has evolved, our commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care remains the same.

We are one team, serving our community with warmth, understanding, and professionalism.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes — with some differences between locations.

  • Dyer Location: Primarily walk-in based, making it ideal for urgent care and same-day concerns.
  • Rojas Location: Primarily appointment-based, but walk-ins may be accommodated when possible.

If your pet needs urgent medical care, we recommend calling ahead so we can best prepare for your arrival.
