  • Select your preferred location (Dyer or Rojas).

Our Dyer location is well known in the community for accommodating urgent cases. While we are not an emergency hospital, many families consider us a trusted resource when their pet needs prompt attention.

After submitting your appointment request:
  • You will receive confirmation from our team.
  • We may ask follow-up questions to better prepare for your visit.
  • New clients may be asked to complete our digital patient intake form before arrival.

We also offer a digital surgery consent form for procedures, helping make your visit more efficient.
